	__________	2008 Land Consulting Company was founded in August 2008, relying on 10 years of experience on the Romanian market. The General Manager said: “In the years before 2008′s I could work in direct cooperation with local institutions with the need for better connection in order to achieve our major activities, namely Start-up companies. Years of work in good relations with all authorities and institutions have had an impact on our business enabling us to build in 2008 a working group that brings together notaries, lawyers, accountants, auditors, human resources and production managers. Together we built Land Consulting.”
	__________	2009 Land Consulting involved different companies, offering them support on the eastern European market, especially in Romania, organizing in Italy several presentations of the opportunities offered by this country. Romania is a country with a great national potential, where industrial investments can be made with the purpose of recovering that part of the market which is uncertain or “lost” because of labor costs and / or fees. Over time we confirmed that what was done was initially perceived and implemented during the design phase, then turned into reality.
	__________	2010 Since June 2010 the General Manager of the Land Consulting company was nominated for president of the association Confindustria Romania Bihor region.
	__________	2011 Today, we can say with extreme satisfaction that working with seriousness and tenacity oriented towards collaboration we have built a strong partnership with major local institutions: Associations; University of Oradea; The City Hall; Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Romania;
